It all started back in 2006 in Upstate Sidney New York, where I found I could combine my love of history, woodworking and home renovation into a business that I truly love and enjoy. My first client owned a beautiful Victorian era home that needed repairs after a severe flood damaged the first floor of their residence. I was hired to restore the dwelling to its original condition. It was then that I grew to appreciate true craftsmanship of the original builders of that home and many like it that I felt privileged to work on throughout my career. I also realized that while there are many qualified builders to choose from, many didn’t like the idea of restoring or even repairing homes of this era and much older. The world was my oyster in the quaint little town that I grew up in, with so many once beautiful homes falling into disrepair, I found my niche. Word spread quickly, and I found many clients looking for someone who would restore their homes with the same love and attention to detail that those original craftsmen who built it did.
